Does your character own a broom? Which brand? *Nimbus with mod permission only* Doesn't own a broom. Father always thought flying was too dangerous.
Describe your character’s strengths (both magically and personality-wise. Please note that Animagi and Metamorphmagi, etc. are extremely rare and you MUST have Mod Permission.):
Magically-wise: Her favorite classes are Herbology, Charms and Care of Magical Creatures(or do they not take that second year? Eh, either way, she's good at it). However, she does best in Charms, Potions, and CoMC.
Personality-wise: Claudia is fairly soft spoken, unless around her best friends, but even then she tends to stay in the background because they all have such strong personalities(I'm guessing? I don't know what the other girls are doing for their apps, but from what I've heard they seem to all be very strong personalities). Most people don't know this, but she is actually very caring and tender hearted and innocent/naive. She loves animals and has a cat at the school with her(zomg, I'm actually letting one of my chars have a cat *dies*). Although her father is a rich pureblood business man, he doesn't spoil her -- having the mind set that she should work for what she wants. Because of this, she is a hard worker, diligent, and tries her best at everything. She's a smart girl, but she doesn't know it because it is often covered over her gullible nature. She has a fairly good memory and takes notice of the littlest details. She's also doesn't have much of a temper. She'll take crap from people(i.e. her best friends) and just brush it off, not thinking anything too serious about it(although really? It subconsciously stays in her brain and will eventually make her very bitter), and even laugh at herself with them.
Describe your character’s flaws/weaknesses:
Magically-wise: She's a disaster with Transfiguration and DADA. Seriously. Bad stuff, yo.
Personality-wise: Claudia, compared to her three counterparts, is quite lame. She is a people pleaser(at least when it comes to her best friends - the other three 2nd year slyth girls[you'll find that a lot revolves around them because they are all she has]), which can either be a good thing or a bad thing. She tends to be the underdog in regards to said friends. They tend to pick on her, which she takes in well. She doesn't let the teasing get to her outwardly, but inwardly it bubbles up and every so often she'll have an outburst or breakdown(not necessarily in the open, and definitely not in front of them[unless she finally stands up for herself and tells them to piss off, which is rare]). She's not very girly - isn't into fashion or boys(not so much anyway, she'll have crushes but she won't talk about it, and if she does crush? she's very shy around the boy). However, she's not a tomboy either - she doesn't fly and she isn't into sports. She's very dependent of these girls and is what you would call a 'follower'. She's a bitch, but not necessarily by nature. If she is alone with someone, she may just be the sweetest girl around, but once 'the girls' are there, she's one of them - the elitist 2nd year h0rs. XD This all goes back to the people pleasing thing - she's known them her whole life and looks up to them, thinks they are the coolest thing ever. And although, yes, she is one of them and in the group, she doesn't ever really feel like she fits in, rather she feels she needs to impress them constantly. She tries, and tries, but she always feels left out. Does that make sense? Oh, and also? She does has a snarky streak in her when provoked -- she isn't all lameness. xp
Claudia doesn't really have any special talents or hobbies. She is mediocre to horrible in just about everything.(i.e. singing, dancing, drawing, playing an instrument, sports, etc.) which causes her to have a very low self esteem.

Character Background/History:
Parents - Gerard and Tammy Lyons. Sister(older by six years) - Trinity Lyons.
Her mother left the family when she was only six years old, running off with another woman when she realized she was a lesbian(ok, this is kinda funny because her mom's pb is Rosie O'Donnell, so... yeah, it was too tempting). Her father was completely devistated and never was the same again -- becoming a work aholic(and semi-alcoholic) and not giving either of the girls enough love. Trinity was the only motherly figure that she had, but once she hit her mid-teens, she became the rebellious child and ended up running away. Second person to abandon her.
Her home life was always very boring. With her sister traipsing around, and her father working, she would often be by herself. Besides, her father was very protective and demanding - he wouldn't let her do a lot of activities(aside from the things she did with the three girls) and wasn't exactly encouraging when it came to her talents/hobbies(one of the reasons why she doesn't excell in anything). She's had several pets that keep her company, mostly cats. And she did have a cousin, named Gloria, who she was very, very close to -- one of the few people she ever knew who was truely nice and loved her for simply being her. Any of her nice, sweet, caring traits she got from this cousin. Unfortunately, she died when they were only 10.
Other than that, she has three best friends(Vanessa, Daria, and Tamara) that she has known from childhood. They were all born to rich Pureblood elitists who live in England and are all about Voldemort. They are her dearest friends. She clings to them because she has no one else who accepts her and shows her some kind of love.
